We have a long standing track record of providing perfect service and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Apple School Supply will replace damaged or defective items (not including clearance items) within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please contact kim@appleschoolsupply.com  to report a damage or defective item within 7 days of receipt of your order. If your item is a dropshipped furniture item, the replacement is subject to the manufacturer's policy.  A return/refund is not availabe, only a replacement, or replacement part. 
 
General Returns for Active Stock Items (non - clearance items)
  • Accepted up to 7 days from the day of receipt as determined by the tracking information
  • The item must be unopened with no sign of damage in order for Return Authorization Number to be provided.
  • A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund.  This is based on the price paid for the product and does not include the shipping costs if paid separately.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. The return shipping costs are soley the buyers responsibility and are not re-imbursed. 
  • Original shipping costs incurred to get the product to the Buyer are non-returnable
  • The return MUST have an Apple School Supply Return Authorization number provided by Apple School Supply in advance of the return.  All items returned without a Return Authorization number will not be reimbursed.
  • Please contact kim@appleschoolsupply.com  for a return authorization number.
Once the item is received by Apple School Supply, we will inspect it for damage.  If the item is unopened and not damaged, the appropriate refund will be provided within 7 calendar days.
 
 
"Clearance Sale" Items - Cannot be returned
 
Manufacturer Drop Shipments (as well as all shipments) which are en-route cannot be cancelled.  All costs associated with manufacturer drop shipment returns are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Freight Shipments - It is your responsibility to inspect the product thoroughly when it arrives.  You must open the box and inspect the product thoroughly before the truck driver leaves.  You must note any damage on the paperwork before signing off and give the paperwork back to the driver. If you sign off without noting damage, you are waving your right to a replacement, refund, or damage claim.  The shipping companies will not process claims for damage when the receiver signs off without noting damage and neither will we.
