Echo Global Logistics / Lakeville Motor Express Problems

We are no longer using Echo Global Logistics due to their unresponsiveness in handling and processing very straightforward claims with us. It has been been 4.5 months and they have not responded to, or attempted to resolve our freight damage claim.

Our product shipped on 6/16/13 through Echo Global Logistics
Our customer rejected the product due to damage during shipping.
On 7/09/13 we filed claim and sent several pictures of clear damage
Echo Global Logistics told us it would 30 or 60 days for them to finish the claim
I left several messages for Elizabeth Mungo from Echo Global Logistics to follow up on the claim, to date, she’s never called us back
7/12/13 I traced down her boss, Molly Mangan from Echo Global Logistics. She is the boss of Elizabeth Mungo

I spoke with Molly Mangan from Echo Global Logistics. She said that she continues to ask for updates from Lakeville Motor Express and that they have 120 days to respond. She will reach out to Lakeview as well to attempt to expedite the response and will call me back
11/28/2013 - We have not heard from Molly Mangan, or Elizabeth Mungo from Echo Global Logistics. We have discontinued all business with Echo Logistics / Lakeview Motor Express.
