United Parcel Service (UPS), FED Ex, and the US Postal Service (USPS) and LTL Carriers are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. We may also ship any of these carriers at our discretion, regardless of the shipping option chosen.  We do not ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO.  
All calculated shipping costs are for the lower 48 states only.  If you are from Alaska or Hawaii please contact us first for a shipping quote as your shipping cost WILL be higher.


Please note that if your order has one or more items that do not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged shipping for those items.  The items that qualify will not be charged shipping.     


"Free Shipping" items are only available in the Continental United States only (Does not include Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping is available to most areas; some rural locations will require additional shipping fees. Customer will be notified when there is a need to add additional shipping fees.
Furniture and Heavy Items     
Freight Calculations are dependant on location and shipping lane.  As a result, these charges can vary widely.  Apple School Supply does their best to predict the average freight, however in some circumstances the freight exceeds the actual.  In the event that the actual freight is more than 10% higher than the amount charged, we will contact you with the option to pay the actual freight or cancel your order.
Heavy or Large Orders will not ship Fed Ex or UPS.  These orders have products which are too heavy or too large to ship by those carriers.  In these cases, the order will ship LTL (Less then Truck Load).  These items are curbside delivery only.  When an order ships by LTL, it will not include "Special Services" such as "Inside delivery" or "Lift Gate Service".  Buyer is responsible for removing the items from the truck from the curb and transporting them to their facility.  The truck driver is not responsible for any of this.  If you require these "special services", please contact us ahead of time and additional payment mounts will be determined and added to your order.
Shipping Delays
Apple School Supply is not responsible for shipping delays.  All shipment receipt dates are quoted as "estimates" and are subject to issues outside of our control.  The Customer agrees that when purchasing from Apple School Supply (DBAs, and that  they will not hold Apple School Supply responsible for shipping delays.  As a result, no compensation will be provided.
Rejecting Shipments or Failure to Receive
Product cannot be cancelled once it ships.  If the customer attempts to cancel their order in spite of this policy, either through credit card chargeback, rejecting shipment, or other means, Apple School Supply and its DBAs will prosecute to the full extent of the law and secure reimbursement for the full amount of the order + storage fees + excess delivery fees + attorney fees + employee  time + any other charges related to the case.  Consumer agrees to this when making their decision to purchase as well as making their decision to cancel the order after it ships.
If a consumer is not available, or space is not available when an LTL (Less Than Truck Load), or FTL (Full Truck Load) shipment arrives and the trucking company needs to change locations as specified by the buyer, or needs to take the order back to their location and store it, the customer is fully responsible for all excess costs of shipping and storage.  Consumer agrees to these terms.
Shipping Costs
We do not play games with our shipping costs.  Some of our competitors charge much less shipping, however they increase the price of the product.  We charge a very small profit for our products and add the actual shipping costs we are charged by our carriers.  If you have a doubt as to the website shipping calculation, please call or write for exact shipping.  We want to make sure you are charged EXACTLY the amount of shipping based on your address and order. 
Free Shipping
Items which qualify have the Free Shipping symbol next to them.  Free Shipping applies to the lower 48 states only.  On occasion, certain cities may be expensive to ship to (example Brooklyn, NY area).  On a rare occasion, me may contact you and request to pay actual shipping or ask if you want to cancel your order. 
Freight Shipments - It is your responsibility to inspect the product thoroughly when it arrives.  You must open the box and inspect the product before the truck driver leaves.  You must note any damage on the paperwork before signing off and give the paperwork back to the driver. If you sign off without noting damage, you are waving your right to a replacement, refund, or damage claim.  The shipping companies will not process claims for damage when the receiver signs off without noting damage and neither will we.
